1. Liberty Mutual, out of Boston, Massachusetts, is trying to book an executive coach.
They are offering a fee of $2.5K an hour. You can also negotiate extras, such as online course licensing. For course licensing, charge at least $1K per license—per employee per year.
They’re looking for an executive coach to coach on the topics of the entrepreneurial mindset, high-level energy, being productive when you don’t feel like it, the modern leader, mental wellness tips, personal development strategies, NLP, human design, spirituality in the workplace, managing teams, workplace culture, and entrepreneurship for employees.
2. Morgan Stanley, out of New York, is trying to book an executive coach.
They are offering a fee of $1.5K an hour. This is a great company to have a longer-term contract with: they’ve stated that’s what they’re looking for.
They’re looking for an executive coach to coach on the topics of online marketing, sales funnels, social media content creation, managing Facebook groups, using AI to create content, the keys to effective email marketing, and how to create an internal newsletter.

They are trying to book motivational speakers to provide “inspiration and guidance on becoming a high performer in every situation.”

4. Heartland Bank and Trust Company out of Bloomington, IL
They are trying to book speakers to cover the topic of “creating a strong mindset, healthy habits, setting boundaries, and self-care routines.”
